When You Have Two Public Outreach Events in Two Days And Nature Cooperates?

Last two weeks were a whirlwind of activity for me. I did two presentations one on Extrasolar planets and three days later I did a presentation on Meteors. Throw in two Public outreach events one on friday one on Saturday and whew  that was a full load.Fridays event was a put on by the Hamilton county parks  and it involved a night hike that ended up at three telescopes. between 35-50 people made the hike  and thrilled to be able to look through one of the eight inch scopes on the field. I was not too sure if the weather was going to cooperate but Nature cut a deal and just provided some high cirrus clouds which put the moon in a nice halo for the viewers. There was a great bunch of people there asking great questions
